General Return Program

For customers with fewer than 150 cartridges, Akron Recycling Center provides a General Return Program:

• Pack your cartridges in the original shipping material so they are not damaged during shipment. If the original shipping materials are not available, pack the cartridges in boxes with bubble wrap, or peanuts. Refer to our Packaging Instructions for instructions. Akron Recycling Center can not pay for cartridges that are damaged.
• Download and print out our Cartridge Buy Form, fill it out completely, and place one inside each of the boxes or bundles being shipped. You can dowload this form in the following formats:

• Clearly address all boxes being shipped to Akron Recycling Center. Please also make sure that your return address is clearly marked on each box using the address label which we will send to you.
• Send your shipment to Akron Recycling Center using one of our preferred carriers: US Postal Service's Merchandise Return Program, UPS's Authorised Return Service Prepaid Label Program, or Fedex's Ground Services Program.
• When it arrives, it will be subject to our usual Receiving Procedures. We will then issue a check for the value of the shipment which you should receive within 4-6 weeks.
