Claims: Claims for error must be made within 5 days of receipt of any goods. Claims for freight damage should be addressed to the carrier.

Returns: Prior to returning any goods, a customer must contact aa Akron Recycling Center representative to obtain a Return Authorization number and instructions. A 15% restocking charge will be applied to all goods authorized for returns except goods determined to he defective. Goods will not be accepted for return after 90 days from date of invoice.

All orders must be a minimum of $100.00 per shipment to each location. Otherwise, a 10% surcharge will apply. All back orders will be shipped unless Akron Recycling Center is advised otherwise.
